Soma Residences By Devmark offers a flexible 50:50 payment plan designed around how much money you want to pay upfront. You pay half of the total amount of your apartment in small easy installments while the building is being constructed and the remaining 50% only when the keys are handed over to you.
If you choose the standard option, you start with a 20% down payment to book the apartment, pay another 30% in small installments during construction and pay the final 50% at the time of handover. However, the developer gives you a direct discount on the property price if you pay more at the start. By paying 40% down payment gets you a 4% discount, while putting down 50% down payment completely skips any payments during construction and saves you a 8% discount on the final price.
